Civil projects currently run orders of magnitude over cost, to foreign owned multinationals.
The Australian Lobby Group will forward policy to re-establish Corps which harness highly skilled, qualified Australians to teach our next generation, incentivised by a stockholding in our country’s future.
The Corps will:
- Hire semi-retired or active professionals to lead and educate.
- Undertake nationally significant infrastructure programs.
- Be open to Generational Australians of Australian descent dated prior to 1970.
- Be a period fixed to 5 years of service.
- Result in a full trade / degree level qualification.
- Be rewarded with a newly established land parcel, 50% funded through the program, which must be retained for 3 years post-graduation. Salary sacrifice options will allow trainees to pay off the remaining 50% during their service. These land parcels will be part of new fully serviced estates within 20km of major cities across Australia.
