Scrap Net-Zero Mandates for Affordable Baseload Power

Exit Paris Agreement targets, 2-year phased end to renewables subsidies, and fast-track new High Efficiency, Low Emission coal power with a view to enact coal-to-nuclear transitions (e.g., small modular reactors at retired coal sites).

  1. Achieve household electricity under 10 cents/kWh by 2030 through sovereign energy ownership, ensuring energy security without ideological green taxes
  2. Immediate action incentivising maintenance to achieve full design life of existing coal and gas power plants
  3. Repeal nuclear energy bans
  4. Invest in small-medium scale hydro ‘batteries’ which integrate into natural watercourses without wide scale destruction
  5. Explore geo-thermal energy opportunities
  6. Ending all laws which engage in predatory government overreach for ‘right of way’ land access for new transmission lines through farmers and state forests.
